Mesemedaath, Issue no3, February 25^th, 1970. A hand duplicated ​‘neighbourhood news service’ produced by Rev Patrick Forbes, a resident of Coralline Walk, curate of William Temple Church in Abbey Wood and an original committee member of the Thamesmead Community Association founded in 1969. Patrick was also responsible for starting the Thamesmead Radio / RTM. Mesemdaath was the first community newspaper in Thamesmead.
