Town for the 21^st Century Part 2

This short footage includes documentation of decay and vandlaism on the Thamemsead estate in the 1970s’. The film also shows shots of residents going about their daily lives. The negative aspects of the film stands in stark contrast to other films of the same series shot in the same year which present an idealised vision of Thamesmead and its architecture and of the people living there.
